Trail Overview

This ATV trail through Texas Creek splits off of 6035A on a wide two track, and heads north for 2.4 miles until it intersects with 6035A again, making a semi-loop. It starts in the grassy flat valley with shallow ruts and rollers and whoops, between the pinyon pine, with sweeping curves, but not much rock. It dips into ravine crossings, and has embedded flat layers of slab rock or boulders in the trail, but you can ride around them. You must ride over a metal pinch point, and then it gets rockier as you start ascending. There are more ruts and big boulders embedded in the trail, loose football sized rocks, and giant boulders encroaching over the trail. It comes up to a moderate slab obstacle that you must ride up. It's pretty ramped, but uneven with rocks piled up, and just wide enough for an ATV. It keeps winding through the desert until it comes to the intersection with the top of the A Trail.

Difficulty

This is an intermediate ATV trail as it constantly has rocks in the trail, small ledges up to a foot, and has one larger slab obstacle that is narrow and uneven that might be a challenge for inexperienced ATV riders.
