Once you visit Thome Lake and continue your Journey to get from the Christian Valley to the Granby Valley you will continue to climb to connect with the Boulder FSR. This area has had a lot of logging in the past with many clear cuts, but it does open up the opportunity for amazing views and the chance to see some wildlife.

The road is a bit rougher after you pass Thome Lake. It is not difficult with high clearance and avoiding some of the big holes and loose rocks. Watch for changing conditions after snow melt.
