Trail Overview

Arm Pump is a 4.2-mile-long single-track trail that winds through scenic meadows and groves of slender aspen trees. The trail is narrow in places, bordered by tall grasses and wildflowers during the summer months. It features a combination of fast, flowy segments and tight, winding turns, with a few steeper climbs and descents. Riders will encounter some brake bumps and scattered loose rock, though most of the surface remains smooth. There are a couple of ramped rock features that have one-foot-tall drop-offs, but it remains easy because there is often a second line choice around the obstacle. This trail is a bit more technical than Crankshaft and Gear Down, but still offers a flowy and scenic ride, great for less experienced riders.
