Trail Overview
Trail 101 is a 2.2 mile long easy SxS trail through a lush forest of Douglas firs, leafy vine maples, and ferns, that is directional south to north. The south entrance is accessed from Forest Road 1928704, and there are signs to follow to bring you to the beginning. The trail is curvy, fast and flowy through the tall trees. It is wide, with smooth dirt with frequent mud and ruts, especially in spring. There are only a couple sections with embedded or loose rock in the trail, or short climbs and descents that are not steep. The north end easily connects to Trail 102.
