Trail Overview
Godzilla is an extremely rugged, highly technical rock crawling trail that demands precision from the start. It opens with a steep, off-camber waterfall climb that immediately puts drivers on edge, finishing in a tight pinch point where careful tire placement is critical to avoid a rollover. Beyond the climb, the trail winds through a canyon floor littered with jagged boulder gardens that twist and stack like the scales of a dragon's tail, forcing constant articulation and deliberate line choice. Optional obstacles branch off the main route, including a deep V-notch carved into the rock and multiple ledges that vary in height and severity, offering high-risk challenges for those willing to push their limits.

Difficulty
Godzilla is rated an 8 for its sustained technical terrain, off-camber exposure, and high-consequence obstacles. The opening waterfall and relentless boulder gardens demand precise driving, capable equipment, and experienced spotting, with real risk of breakage or rollover. Optional bypasses are available around the hardest features, but they remain technical and can still challenge both driver and rig.
History
One of the newest beasts to emerge from the rocks near Caballo Reservoir, Godzilla made its official debut as a Level 8 trail for the Chile Challenge, and it wastes no time living up to its name.
