The North Loop Connector serves as an alternate route linking the Upper Mesa Trail and the North Loop Trail, providing a convenient shortcut between the two. Though relatively short at just 3.3 miles, this trail is a must-ride. It offers incredible views, striking rock formations, and a mix of terrains. The path includes dirt sections with long, steep climbs, tight curves, and a wash bottom that adds an extra layer of fun to the adventure.

Difficulty

Access Description

From US 550 near mile marker 171, turn west onto county road 2300. Travel approximately 2 miles and turn south to begin Upper Mesa trail. From the beginning of Upper Mesa trail, ride approximately 5.3 miles. Turn north into the wash to begin the North Loop Connector.
