Trail Overview

This is a 2-mile-long trail that loops off of another ATV trail in the Nelson Hills OHV Area, starting and ending in a wash. The west end of it starts in a really wide and sandy flat wash with whoops. There's a loose downhill at the beginning that takes you into another wider sandier wash. It climbs out of the wash with a steep ledge that is an embedded rock face that would be difficult for inexperienced riders. It narrows up after the wash as it rides through desert terrain up and over the many small hills in this area, and looks mostly ridden by dirt bikes here. It dips into ravines with a loose rocky surface that can be slippery. There are a few sections that are more rocky as you go up and down while meandering along the hills, and some off-camber sections on the tops of the hills that could be harder for ATVs, but it's overall pretty easy and wide.
