Trail Overview
This scenic trail is accessed from Fawn Creek Road, narrowing at the split. From there, the surface becomes bumpier and more uneven, with rocky sections and a series of steep ascents, descents, and tight curves. The terrain requires careful driving, especially after rain or in low-traction conditions. The trail eventually leads to a large clearing that serves as a gravel pit, which is commonly used as a dispersed camping area and recreational space for ATV and side-by-side riders. At this clearing, another trail branches off; however, it is designated for ATV and SXS use only. Jeeps and highway vehicles are not permitted beyond this point, though there is no on-site signage to indicate the restriction. Users are advised to consult mapping tools such as onX or Avenza for accurate trail information. While the trail passes through a natural and appealing landscape, it does not provide any formal campsites or developed facilities. There is no trash disposal or water source available, and cell service may be inconsistent or unavailable.
