Trail Overview
This trail offers a variety of features and sees frequent use throughout the year. It consists of flat, two-vehicle-wide gravel and remains mostly level along its length, with only a few gentle curves. Due to the high volume of traffic, the surface is heavily corrugated in most areas, which may affect ride comfort. Several recreational routes intersect or branch off from the main trail, including designated ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as a hiking path. There are two public water access points along the trail, making it a convenient option for those looking to reach nearby lakes. One spur leads to a picnic area with a pavilion, offering a spot to stop and take a break, though it is not a formal campground. Scattered private residences are located along portions of the trail. The route comes to an end near the shoreline of Elbow Lake, a scenic spot that marks the trail's conclusion. It is accessed via the road connecting Orr Buyck. While the area offers recreational value, there are no designated campsites along this trail, and it lacks services such as trash disposal and potable water. Cell phone coverage may also be limited.
