Fun trail, most of the trail is a 2 or 3 besides the ledge on the north side, easy in an open/open JL on 33’s, Frontier crawled it also

Trail was a 3/10 for 95% of it. However coming north about 80% through the trail a steeper incline had a lot of wash out at the top and there was an exposed culvert pipe and 2-3 ft high rock faces to climb to make it to the other side, this made the trail impassible for non-extreme vehicles hence the increase in rating at this time. We had 33-34.5” tires on our rigs and decided to turn back, which took about 30-40 minutes to get back out on the main road (route 11) we were trying to get to.

Took a 100% stock 2025 f150 4x4 on this trail. We did not air down our tires. If you enter from the Leeco there is a large slick drop that has been dug out. You cannot pass this unless you have a built jeep with rock sliders. We instead entered at the intersection of Lairson and fixer road and then turned around once we reached this section. The road is wide enough for a full sized truck, rubbing plants only every once in a while. It was wet and muddy when we went and this was not an issue with standard wrangler tires. There was one water crossing that reached up to 18 inches and covered well above my front parking sensors.

From the north, you will come upon a downhill area right away that has some washed out areas and an initial drop. It was very slick due to rain. Once you get down, it's a nice trail with some decent muddy puddles. I wouldn't recommend trying to head north if slick, would be pretty challenging even if dry without much room for error off to the side. That area could be a 6-7 rank, rest of the trail is a 3-4.
