Trail Overview
The Family Trail is a combination route of most of our main attractions in the park, without the extreme terrain on some of the tertiary routes. This route can be accessed at many locations but begins by our park entrance. The purpose of this trail is to provide a route for all ages of riders to enjoy the sport and for first-time visitors to get introduced to our park, all from one trail. The Family Trail has a one-lulvru surface type, primarily dirt with mixed rock. This route has rolling hills, flat, straight sections, and open areas, and it is guaranteed to have mud holes. Hills will get slick during wet seasons and after rainfall, and 4x4 OHVs may be necessary at times. This trail can be completed with a two-wheel drive OHV even during most wet times, with exceptions. Some rocks, possibly larger than 12", can be present on the surface of the trail at times. The Family Trail has many opportunities to take breaks, explore side routes and other trails, and enjoy the scenery. Most of the route is encompassed by the forest, although a notable portion traverses through open areas of the property. It is important to recognize that this route crosses a multitude of other trails, and caution is advised when crossing other trails to prevent collision. The Family Trail is accessible by SxS, ATV, and dirt bikes and falls into the blue difficulty rating. This route can be identified and completed by following the black arrows with a yellow background.
