Trail Overview

It starts on the west side of the 87 from a small offshoot. This trail begins just after the Diamond trailhead (a hiking, cycling, and horse trail) and passes through beautiful views of Black Mesa and Crabtree Butte in the distance. This trail has dispersed camping and preestablished fire rings.

Access Description

West side of the 87. If driving north on 87 it maybe easier to skip the direct turn into and go to the next left turn this one will have an actual turn lane pull off.
