Trail Overview

You can enter this trail at the end of Firewood Lane near Carlisle Road, or you can just exit off the hydro line. It takes you around some steep bends, but it's wide enough for a half-ton pickup truck. The trail has lots of loose rock, washouts, and steep climbs. At the bottom of the gully, you will find Regiment Creek, which is more of a trickle most of the year. The trail exits onto Claudie Road.

Quick little trail going between Claudie Rd and the Douglas Hydro Line. A few very narrow sections where both sides of the trail are eroded. It seems to be regularly maintained as there were many logs that had fallen onto the trail but had been cleared. I went north to south but going the opposite direction would’ve been more fun since you’d climb some winding inclines instead of taking them downhill. Took me about 20-30 minutes including getting out and taking a few pictures.
