Trail Overview
Forest Service Road 5N32 is an out-and-back trail just under 3 miles long, climbing just over 200 feet and dropping just under 400 feet. The trail travels through a pine forest that experienced a previous burn, now showing pockets of new young-growth trees. The surface is compact dirt and sand, one to one-and-a-half vehicles wide, and generally smooth with some ruts and bumps. Fallen trees have been cut and pushed aside along the way, requiring careful maneuvering. Seasonal fire restrictions apply, and the trail is located within the Stanislaus National Forest.

Difficulty
This trail includes sections that run along shelf roads, fallen trees, ruts, and uneven terrain that require moderate attention. Maneuvering around cut logs adds extra technicality for taller or wider vehicles.
