Trail Overview

This short point-to-point trail is part of the Reiter Foothills 4X4 area. This trail is primarily a narrow dirt road with few obstacles. One obstacle is an approximately 12" rock ledge where the Upper Break It trail connects to this one. The other obstacle is a gatekeeper with rocks up to 12" in height. There are several optional obstacles along this trail that are 4 to 6 rated. This is a good trail to test your skills for the beginner off-roader.

This trail has 2 obstacles with rocks that are up to 12" in height. One is a gatekeeper, and the second is a 12" ledge obstacle in the middle section of the trail.

History

The 10,000-acre Reiter Foothills Forest is a continuous block of forest land located between the towns of Gold Bar and Index providing over 4 miles of single-track motorcycle trails, 2 miles of ATV trails, and over 2 miles of challenging 4X4 trails with a high density of rock obstacles.
