Trail Overview
From the top of Quartz Mountain, this trail traverses Manastash Ridge Southeastward toward Manastash Road and Ellensburg. This section is only the very far West section. The trail is very narrow, barely fitting a Jeep Wrangler with difficulty in some areas. It has very steep sections, extreme ruts in places, and traverses large rocks and boulders. While the Jeep made it through, I would not recommend it for anything larger than a side-by-side. Full-sized vehicles will simply not fit between the large trees. There are amazing views of the Cascades and sometimes Mount Rainier a short walk South from the trail.

Difficulty
The trail is very narrow and mostly consists of tight turns amid large trees, running up and down steep hills, and rolling over large rocks and boulders. This would be a fun trail in a side-by-side or smaller vehicle, it's a bit nerve-wracking in a Jeep or larger vehicle.
