It begins as a well-maintained path but quickly transitions into more technical terrain as you descend through a curved section with a 12-inch drop and deep V-notch ruts -- a spot that demands careful tire placement and confident navigation. Even during dry seasons, expect a no-bypass mud obstacle midway through. You'll face two options: A semi-curved water puddle with a soft, deep bottom A straighter route between two trees with firmer footing but tighter clearance -- wide rigs should proceed with caution. The trail ends in a signed roundabout area, providing just enough space for a few vehicles to turn around or pass one another. Always check ahead for seasonal closure for any of the Prentice Cooper trails.
