Merritt Peak North Loop Return

Trail Overview

This is a dirt bike only trail that concludes the loop that can be taken around Merritt Peak. There are a few tight switchbacks on this trail that hug the hill, multiple steep rocky inclines, and declines (both loose rock and in-ground sharp rock). However, it's mostly open with not incredibly dense or narrow woods. Really beautiful wooded nature.

Difficulty

This is a fairly standard Black Hills dirt bike trail. It is wooded with some loose rock, roots, and occasional sharper rock. There is one particularly long climb/descent which would be the only notable obstacle.
