Trail Overview
This route will take you from beautiful high lakes to a warming hut (North Blowout Shelter) with outstanding views. The roads are rough and tight in sections requiring a high clearance vehicle. You will pass through an area of black sand that has a ton of area to have some fun. The shelter does not allow for camping, but there are a significant number of great areas to camp throughout.
Difficulty
The route consists of some rocky sections, sand and sections where the trail gets tights from trees/shrubs.
