Trail Overview
The trail is part of the Oklahoma Adventure Trail and follows a well-looked-after gravel road that still dishes out a fair share of washboard bumps and loose rattles, especially where it twists through the hills. Local pickups and farm rigs use it often, so keep your speed in check. A small country cemetery sits just off the path, worth a quick pause if you enjoy a dose of local history. You will not stumble across camp spots, trash barrels, or fresh water here, and reception fades in and out; load your OnX data before you leave the pavement and come prepared to be self-sufficient.
