Trail Overview
This is one of three potential entrances that access the vast trail system within the Pettiford Creek Tract trail system, which has nearly 10 miles of sandy double track with mud holes, stream crossings, whoops, and amazing scenery. Most of the trail is loose sand, with some ruts and potential mud pits following heavy rain. Many offshoots from this trail vary in length and difficulty and provide access to vast amounts of hunting lands. The trail can be driven rather fast as it is not complex, however, there are some narrow portions, encroaching brush, and large bumps. Additionally, this entrance starts in a residential area with hikers, bikers, and animals, so be cautious when driving.
