Trail Overview

Just under half a mile long, this is a short and lightly trafficked spur to explore while riding the longer ATV Trail #968. It departs from #968 at the trail sign, and gradually descends towards its eastern point. The trail is more overgrown with grass, which obscures some of the loose rocks underneath, and has some tighter turns through the juniper trees. The trail surface is a bit chunky over some loose rock, but it's overall very easy because it is flat, with no major obstacles. Watch out for branches sticking into the trail. The trail becomes more primitive as you go east, and the legal trail per the MVUM dead ends after about a half mile.
