Trail Overview
This interesting route follows right along the Interstate. It was once a paved road but has long been abandoned and is slowly disappearing with erosion. There are a handful of technical sections that bump the trail rating up. One, in particular, that takes you into a concrete-bedded wash with steep entrance/exits hills out of it. Higher clearance and 4WD are helpful. Intense drop-offs from erosion are present throughout the trail so use caution along any edges. Avoid this trail during wet or flash flooding conditions.
