Trail Overview
The end of this trail reaches the edge of the rim with an amazing view below. The first 3 miles I would consider easy. A little past the 3-mile mark is a good camping spot with a designated sign. Immediately after this spot, the rocks get bigger and sharper; it is highly recommended to air down as pretty much the entire way from this point, you'll have pointy rocks to negotiate. Generally, obstacles get harder as you reach the end, so gauge each section carefully as you move forward.

Difficulty
There are 14-inch rocks littered about, and 2 small drops to negotiate towards the end that are about 18 inches. The trail is single track most of the way, with very few places to move to the side.
