Reynolds - Lick ATV

Trail Overview

Reynolds - Lick trail (Trail 250) is an ATV and dirt bike trail that connects the ends of Forest Service Roads 5770 and 5771 to complete a 13.5-mile ATV loop route. The trail includes segments of old logging roads and also several miles of new trail construction. The tread is quite narrow in several places on this trail, due in part to encroachment by vegetation and in part because it is constructed to ATV trail specifications. There are some short, steep ascents and descents and a few modest water crossings. All those things that the backcountry explorer is looking for. This trail is closed to all vehicles from October 15 through December 1.

The narrow segments of this trail require attention to wheel placement, especially when some tight turns and ascents or descents are involved. Some skills with wheel placement and throttle control are required to enjoy this trail.
