This trail is a well-maintained gravel road that runs dead straight and is wide enough for one vehicle for most of its length. The route passes through a mix of forest and farmland, with sections bordering the Beltrami Island State Forest. At one point, the trail crosses a paved highway and continues on the other side of the road. The trail eventually reaches a snowmobile route that is closed off by a gate, though there are no signs indicating private property. Continuing past this point leads to open fields where the route is blocked by farm equipment, and beyond that, the trail disappears entirely. There are no dispersed or formal campsites along this route, and it lacks services such as trash disposal or a water supply. Cell service may be limited.
