Trail Overview

This trail is a long, mostly smooth route that is generally two-track and single-vehicle wide. It passes through areas of scrub and scenic forest, with a reservation running alongside much of its length. Several side trails branch from the main route, many of them overgrown and less frequently used. There are no residences along the way, giving the trail a quiet and secluded atmosphere. The surface is sandy in places and can be slippery on corners, so caution is advised. Logging activity may be present, and the trail is also popular with side-by-sides and ATVs. A few clearings along the route could be suitable for dispersed camping, although no developed sites are available. The trail offers no formal campsites and lacks amenities such as trash disposal or a water supply, and cell service may be limited in this area.
