Little Creek Road

Trail Overview

The trail passes through a heavily forested area, much of which shows signs of fire damage. The trail surface is wide but becomes quite corrugated and bumpy in several sections, making for a rougher ride. Along the route, there are several residences, including a few that were destroyed in past fires. A number of side trails branch off from the main route, though most appear to lead to private property and are not open to public use. A bridge crosses a section of the trail, and due to ongoing logging operations in the area, there is frequent traffic from heavy equipment and trucks. A parking area is located closer to Murphy Lake Road, providing a place to stop or stage from. The trail does not offer any formal or dispersed camping opportunities and lacks basic services such as restrooms, trash disposal, or drinking water. Cell phone reception may be limited or entirely unavailable.
