Trail Overview

This mostly scenic trail is composed of rough gravel and exposed rock, with several large potholes throughout. It clearly serves as a logging route and winds through forested terrain with a series of climbs and descents. Along the way, there are multiple clearings, likely remnants of previous logging activity. As the trail progresses, it begins to narrow beyond one of these clearings and transitions into a much wetter section, with muddy stretches and bogs lining either side. Caution is advised in this area, especially following or during periods of heavy rain. Fallen trees may obstruct the trail at times, and the surface becomes increasingly slick and challenging. Eventually, the route deteriorates into a muddy bog that presents a high risk of getting stuck. Larger vehicles may struggle due to the limited number of safe spots to turn around. This trail does not provide any formal or dispersed campsites and lacks basic amenities such as water access and trash disposal. Cell phone service may be intermittent or unavailable.
