Whitefish Lake Superior offers a trail accessible to various vehicle types and sizes, from large 4x4s to dirt bikes. The trail primarily consists of dirt and is surrounded by dense forests. It traverses swamplands and features a waterhole over a foot deep, with a solid bottom for the most part. While four-wheel drive is not mandatory, it's highly recommended for this trail. At the northern end of the trail, you'll find a breathtaking spot overlooking Lake Superior, complete with beach access.
