Trail Overview

This is a single-lane two-track trail made up of compact sand and dirt, often featuring whoops similar to other popular trails in the area. The south end of the trail winds through a patch of dense jack pines, creating a natural tunnel with their low-hanging, overarching branches. Navigate this one-mile section carefully, as the gnarly branches encroach on the path. The remainder of the trail offers a scenic, easy trek through a mix of tall trees and dense foliage. The middle section consists of a sandy, wide, single-lane two-track that narrows into a dirt and grass path. Use caution at several off-shoots and intersections with other trails.
