Trail Overview
From the Stealey Mountain ATV trail, this spur branches off and heads east, making big wide switchbacks on an easy trail through fir trees and aspens. It comes to an intersection to either go northeast to the Old Owl Creek ATV trail, or continue southeast on the spur. From this intersection, it continues as an easy two track, traversing along the hillside. It goes over an easy rocky dry creek crossing, and there's spots of moisture on the trail. It climbs up through several big wide switchbacks that are gradual and smooth and easy. It dead ends in the forest at nowhere in particular. The south end of this trail just adds more mileage, but doesn't go anywhere specific.
