Trail Overview
This gravel road leads to the peak of Greyback Mountain. The views from the top are breathtaking in every direction, with over 700 feet of elevation gain in less than 2 miles, this is a steep and rocky trail. This is a one-lane shelf road that leads around the side of the mountain and is rutted and a little rough in places. Four wheel drive will be required to negotiate the loose gravel, rocks, and some mud in places. We saw many marmots along the trail and around the peak, which were really fun to watch on the rocks.
