The three major obstacles are 4-6' wall climbs, with lots of smaller (2'-4' diameter) rocks and boulders strewn almost continuously along the remainder of the route. The tree for which the trail is named still stands, but does not present much of a problem since it has grown up and is at least 8" above the top of our tallest rig. The second wall presented challenges to the longer wheelbase vehicles, but TJ's and the like climb right up. Great trail. Count on roughly 3 hours, more if you have to stack rocks.
