Trail Overview

This is a very easy and wide two-track that goes through the Arapaho National Forest for a mile. It goes through grassy meadows and pine trees, with small loose rocks on the surface, shallow ruts, and big rollers. It winds through the trees, with some sharp corners, and small rocks filling in the ruts. It's likely the first trail you'll ride from the Elk Creek Trailhead on Elk Creek Road, and it connects south to the D-2 Trail. This trail is open 6/16 - 11/14.

Difficulty

This is a short and easy ATV trail that is navigable for any ATV and any skill level. It has shallow ruts and loose rocks but is mostly flat, smooth, and easy with no obstacles.
