Options Options... Left, Right, Center? This route takes you LEFT of the Steep Climb Hill however this is no cakewalk alternative. This route includes multiple terrains, ledges, pits, and boulders. It will take some time to navigate and you will join the main trail saying, "This was great!".

Wrangler's Nest - Difficult Wash can be accessed by the following ride types:

Access Description

From the North (Carefree Highway (89): There are five (5) entrances to these trails. Some have gates that are occasionally locked, however, there is always an open gate at one of the entrances. From the South: Either beginning from the Canal North of El Mirage Road at the round-a-bout heading out on the Desert Ride North Trail. Follow the trail and bear left at Twin Buttes Trail heading Westerly. You will reconnect with West Vistancia Loop and head North to the beginning of Wrangler's Nest Trail. You will arrive at the Steep Climb with Three (3) Options Left (This Trail); Center (Steep Climb); Right (Easiest).
