Trail Overview
Trail 20003 is a quick and fun route that connects Walker Gulch to Senator Highway and Crown King Road. It starts in a small sandy wash, then leads into rolling hills before ascending a steep incline that offers stunning views of several large canyons. Along the way, you'll encounter a mix of sandy sections and light to medium-sized rocks, making it an easy and scenic trail to explore. The area is rich in desert vegetation, with saguaros, palo verde, juniper trees, and other typical Arizona cacti. There are also several spur trails to explore, and you'll pass by active mining claims. The trail can be run in either direction, covering both BLM and State Trust land.
