Trail Overview

After making the climb as described on Black Canyon City Overlook, the trail to the left is a short, flat shale road offering stunning 360-degree scenic views. As you travel, you'll enjoy sweeping vistas of surrounding landscapes--distant mountains and expansive valleys. The route is easy to navigate, with little elevation change, making it ideal for a relaxed yet immersive experience in nature. Keep an eye out for birds, and take time to appreciate the vast, uninterrupted views of the open terrain.
