Trail Overview
This is a cool, moderately difficult spur route to an even cooler mountainous desert scenery. It has rocky, hilly desert terrain to walk about and explore and great desert views galore, including moderate hills to climb and sandy washes to race through. There are great places to stop, have a beer and lunch, let the kids run around and explore, and even camp if you're into overlanding.

Difficulty
This is an uneven, rutted dirt trail with loose rocks, sand, erosion, and washes. There are potential water crossings up to a foot deep, mud holes, and obstacles up to 18 inches, including ledges and short, steep grades. Roads are typically one vehicle wide with places to pass. A fairly moderate skill level is needed for SxS, dirt bike, and quad drivers, however, several difficult spots may give high-clearance 4x4s some issues. High-clearance 4x4 drivers should preview the trail by SxS or something smaller before attempting with 4x4.
