Italian Trap Trail is a rugged Sonoran backcountry route climbing through scenic desert hills northeast of Tucson. This trail is known for its rocky ledges, rutted inclines, and classic Arizona ranch-gate crossings. It's a perfect mix of technical driving, remote scenery, and rolling grassland views. Expect tight brush in places, with multiple ranch-style gates along the route.
