Hillcountry is a challenging trail marked by long, steep hills and rugged terrain. Most of these hills are covered with loose rock and eroded surfaces of varying terrain. The route consists primarily of steep inclines, ditches, and rocky sections, requiring careful navigation. Wash crossings add an extra layer of difficulty, with erosion present throughout the trail. Despite the rugged conditions, the trail offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Difficulty

This is an unmaintained trail with several steep inclines of varying lengths. Many of these hills are comprised of loose rock and erosion damage, which makes them a challenge. Caution is urged.
