Difficulty
This is an unmaintained trail with a couple of sections that will flex out the suspension and could become problematic with time, use, water, and wind. This trail offers varying terrain of rock, off camber erosion, mild shelf roads, and sandy wash sections. This trail ends within feet of I-17, though there is NO ACCESS to the freeway, making this trail an out-and-back trail. There are mines in the area, as well as steep drop offs into slot canyons so if you venture out on foot, extreme caution is urged.
