Trail Overview
9060 is a short wash trail in the Vulture Mountains Recreation Area that spurs off of the Vulture Mine Loop. The wash is more gravely and hard packed, and pretty wide for most of the route. There are lots of splits in the wash that often meet back up, but it's also helpful to have a track for most of this area. There are tall rock walls on either side of you in the wash, making for a really scenic ride. It meanders in between the bushes, next to expansive green fields of cactus with lots of sandy corners. Apparently, there's a natural arch near the north end, but it's easy to miss. This is one of many short routes in the area that all connect up, which makes for a great day ride near Wickenburg, Arizona. This one is particularly easy and much less rocky than some of the surrounding trails.
