This is a very easy trail that will take you to a beautiful beach. Most of the road is a two-way with some dirt and sand--very easy to do with any kind of vehicle. When you get to the beach, you can drive along the shore. The sand is pretty compacted, so not a big deal. This is a perfect spot to spend a day or two camping for free.
