Trail Overview
After passing the newly constructed hotel just outside Conquista Agraria, this well-traveled route begins and serves as the main road connecting the town to El Faro, the oyster farms, and new residential developments. The road is suitable for 2WD vehicles, though it remains corrugated throughout much of its length. As you leave town, the landscape transitions into a dense forest of mid-to-large El Cardon cacti before opening up to stunning ocean views. The trail then makes a wide right turn past Playa Cedro, a popular surf spot, and the small lookout tower often referred to as the lighthouse. Beyond this section, the road straightens, offering scenic coastal vistas with a few scattered structures along the way. Eventually, you'll reach an open gate near the oyster farm, continuing another quarter mile to an intersection where houses come into view in the distance.
