Trail Overview
This off-road route begins off the highway leading from Highway 1 to Conquista Agraria and appears to have been part of past Baja off-road events. The trail starts with a sandy surface and light whoops, weaving through mid-height desert vegetation before encountering a few short but chunky climbs of 20 to 30 feet in and out of arroyos. A brief half-mile section crosses the corner of a private property marked with signs, though local accounts indicate the gates have been removed for years, allowing passage, with an available bypass as an alternative. Throughout the route, deep sand and frequent whoops present challenges, making precise wheel placement essential, especially for 2WD vehicles, which could struggle in certain sections. The most demanding stretch is near the final approach to the coast, where the sand becomes darker, deeper, and softer before the trail ultimately intersects with the main coastal route.

Difficulty
While some 2WD vehicles can navigate this route, there are two or three sections where a single challenging spot could easily leave them stuck, warranting a low 4WD rating. Under dry conditions, the trail is manageable, and with good ground clearance, most drivers will likely not need to engage four-wheel drive.
