The Wickes Tunnel is an abandoned railroad tunnel that can be tricky to find but if you do, be ready for a dark, eerie ride. Warning, water levels in the tunnel could do some serious damage to your vehicle, so proceed with caution.

Tunnel water was deep. Went over the hood of a stock TRD Offroad 4runner. HIGH CHANCE OF LOOSING CAR PARTS. The water ripped my plastic Toyota emblem and silver front bumper off and my buddy also lost a hubcap and badging for his car

Trail was easy, with a couple semi steep climbs but did it 2wd (Yukon Grizzly in rear)until the Tunnel. Water came up to step on Jeep at deepest point. Great ride though the tunnel and overall scenic getting there and back. Had a burger at Daves before heading back to Butte. I entered at High Ore Rd and come out at Jefferson City. 👍
