Trail Overview
STP is another fun intermediate trail in this area that brings about a good balance of mellow and cruising, and then also technical bits and a good climb. The lower half of the trail has a moderate pace and just meanders as it traverses a hillside for a bit. There are rocks and roots present, but not really disrupting the pace. Once you get into the trees, you really start climbing, and the trail gets tougher. The remainder of the trail is continuous rocks galore, but mostly moderate-sized and embedded, so navigable without too much concern. The first bit of the climb has some spicy roots sprinkled in to be cautious of. Great trail to get yourself back up to Sprink Creek Rip and expanding into more trails close by.
