Trail Overview

This is a 0.8-mile-long easy ATV trail through a sand wash in the Hualapai mountains. It is mostly flat and curvy through the tall pinyon trees, with a slight decrease in grade from north to south. It has deep sand in spots, with a few big boulders within the wash to watch out for that can mostly be driven around. There are some narrower spots between the bushes and tree branches sticking into the trail, but overall, it's pretty wide. It goes past neat granite boulders and rock outcroppings in a really scenic high desert setting. The wash is easy to follow despite a lack of signage, but there are lots of tracks in the wash. This route is really easy for dirt bikes or ATVs, but watch out for wider vehicles in the wash, too, because the route signs out here are faded or missing width designations.
