Trail Overview
Running south to north, this trail starts as a fast single track through barren desert terrain in valleys, washes, and along ridge lines. The first split for 150A is a short steep climb onto a narrow ridge line and a steep downhill. The second split for 150B brings you into a narrow windy wash with 10-foot tall dirt walls and surrounded by sagebrush. The wash is mostly smooth sand, with some loose rock, and banked walls. The traction can be really good after a small rain storm, otherwise, it can be dusty. The trail turns into a road before turning right into another similar wash. If you come to a cattle fence you've gone too far and need to backtrack into the wash. There is a hard left out of the wash marked with cairns that's easy to miss, but you can tell because the wash starts to peter out. The trail ends when it crosses a fence and hits the dirt road. This is a great place for beginner riders and off-season riding.
